Create a service

In BlazeMeter, a service is a container that groups virtual services and transactions together. When you create a virtual service, you can only add transactions that are a part of the same service. Therefore, it is important that you group your transactions and associate them with a service name that helps you identify them in the asset repository.

To create a new service:

1. Log in to your BlazeMeter account and go to the Service virtualization tab.
2. Go to either the Virtual Service or Asset catalog tab.
3. Open the Service drop-down.
4. Click Add service and enter a new name.
5. Click Save.
